Error Code 7
If your password doesn’t meet Disney’s criteria, or you have entered an email address that doesn’t exist, you will get the Error Code 7.
Error Code 8
Adding an invalid email to sign up for Disney+ will cause the Error Code 8. After signing up, always check your mail inbox for Disney+ subscription confirmation.
Error Code 9
When Disney+ logs you out, it will start giving the Error Code 9. The main reason for Disney+ to log you out is the failure of payment. If your Disney+’s payment gateway declines your card because of some information conflict, it will sign you out resulting in Error Code 9. To fix the error, make sure of the following things.
Your card details entered in Disney+ are the same as they are on the card.

Disney+ can sometimes have content that wouldn’t play because of rights or rating restrictions. In such a case, you will get the Error Code 22. You can try accessing the same content later and it might just work.
Error Code 24
When Disney+ is unable to connect to your account, you will get the Error Code 24. To fix this, make sure that your internet connection is working. A slow internet connection can also cause trouble. Since Disney+ is an HD streaming service, you need to ensure smooth connectivity.
