How To Jailbreak iOS 8 / 8.1 Untethered Using Pangu:

Step 1: Download and Install Pangu 8 for Mac/Windows from here.

Step 2: Now right click on Pangu8 icon and run as administrator.

Step 3: Connect your device while Pangu 8 running.

Step 4: Now click on checkbox and uncheck the PP.

Step 5: Click on the big blue button in the center to start the Jailbreak process. During the Jailbreak process your device will reboot couple of times.

How To Install TWRP Recovery and Root Verizon Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910V

Now that we are done from T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 and Sprint Galaxy Note 4, now it is time for Verizon Galaxy Note 4 to get root access and a Custom Recovery, and as usual TWRP recovery takes the lead, CWM recovery will take some time to reach this device, till then only Developer Edition of Verizon Galaxy Note 4 can get this recovery and rooting method. For the retailer version, users have to wait a little bit more. Though I don’t like the TWRP recovery, I prefer CWM over TWRP and even better I will go after PhilZ Touch, no matter how much I have to wait. For all the retailers, If you try to Follow this process, it will Brick your phone. This process includes both the Rooting and TWRP recovery installation tutorial.

The Whole Process is simple and only needs few click, as we are going to use Odin in such matter, if you are not familiar with Odin and its working, pay a little close attention towards the tutorial. If you don’t want to use Odin, you can look for an alternate method, which requires commanding and active ADB drivers, Yeah! I know it is difficult, I also use Odin a lot more than ADB Shell. First we will Flash the Recovery and thus Flash the Super SU using the recovery and root the device So, Without further ado, Let us begin.

Early Preparations:

1. This guide is only for Verizon Galaxy Note 4 (Developer Edition)!

Make sure that your device is exactly as mentioned above. To check out what device you have, go to Settings > More/General > About Device or Settings > About Device and match the model number. Be careful about the device model number, flashing a file on a device not listed here might result in bricking it up. In that case, we may not be held responsible.

2. Battery should be charged at least 60%!

Your device’s battery shouldn’t be weak. In case your device goes dead during the flashing process, your device may get soft bricked and you might be in need of flashing stock firmware and that will ultimately result in wiping up your data as well. So, make sure that you charge your device before you start the flashing process.

3. Use the OEM data-cable to establish connection!

Always use the original data cable to establish connection between your Android device and your computer / laptop. Using ordinary data cables might interrupt the flashing process, so to avoid any mishap, you need to meet this requirement as well.

4. Backup everything!

Just to be on the safe side, you may consider backing up each and everything from your Android device. This is highly recommended so that in case anything goes wrong, you still have the access to all of your data and you can restore it immediately. Also, clean install is always recommended, that means you will probably have to wipe your device to install the new firmware. So, you may backup everything as listed below.

Backup SMS Messages
Backup Call Logs
Backup Contacts
Backup Media – Copy your files manually to your PC or Laptop.
Backup EFS
Titanium Backup – If already rooted, use Titanium Backup to backup all of your apps, system data and other important content.
Backup Nandroid – If CWM or TWRP installed previously.

5. Discalimer

The methods involved in flashing custom recoveries, roms and rooting your phone are highly custom and may result in bricking your device, and has nothing to do with Google or the device manufacturer that is Samsung in our case. Also rooting your device will void its warranty and you will be no longer eligible for any kind of free device services by the manufacturers/warranty providers. How To Install TWRP Recovery On Verizon Note 4

Download and extract Odin3 v3.09.
Download and Install Samsung USB drivers .
Download and extract TWRP Recovery: Link
Super SU: Link

Method:

Open Odin3.exe.
Put your Galaxy Note 4 in download mode. To do so, turn it off and wait for 10 seconds. Turn it on by pressing and holding Volume Down + Home Button + Power Key simultaneously, You should see a warning, press Volume Up to continue. In case this method doesn’t work for you, try one from this guide.
Connect your device to your PC.
As soon as Odin detects your phone, the ID:COM box should turn blue. Make sure that you’ve installed Samsung USB drivers before connecting.
For Odin 3.09 hit the AP tab. Select the .tar.md5 file or .tar file, that you downloaded and extracted above.
If you’re using Odin 3.07, you will select “PDA” tab instead of the AP tab, rest of the options remain untouched.
Make sure that the options selected in your Odin are exactly as shown in the pic (Do not Tick the F.reset Option)
Hit start and wait till the flashing is complete, as soon as your device restarts, remove it from PC.
Wait for your device to reboot.
That’s all!
Now Visit Recovery Mode to Confirm

How To Root Your Device:

Connect your device with PC.
Copy and Paste the Above zip files to the root of your sdcard.
Disconnect the cable.
Turn Off your Device
Open Recovery mode. How? Press and hold the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons until you see some text on screen.

TWRP Users.

Tap On Back-Up and Select System and Data
Swipe the Confirmation Slider
Tap on Wipe Button and Select Cache.
Swipe the Confirmation Slider.
Go back to Main Menu and Tap Install Button.
Locate the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94.zip and Swipe the Slider To install it.
Once the Installation is Over, you will be promoted to Reboot System Now
Select Reboot Now to Reboot the System.
Now use any Root Checker app or Super SU app in App Drawer to Confirm

Quick Type Suggestions:

Like what we see in Chrome or FireFox, while typing if you make a mistake, it starts giving you suggestions and we have seen this Quick Type Suggestions in iOS 8 and this time the same feature is now in Mac OS X Yosemite. However, that feature is limited to only TextEdit app and may be some others. To activate it, press the ESC key while typing anything in TextEdit app.

From Your Mac, Close Safari Tabs:

Well this is a neat feature, however, not mentioned by Apple at all, that you can close all your opened Tabs of Safari opened in your device by Your Mac.

To Enable this:

Open Safari.
Click the Empty space of Toolbar > Customize Toolbar
Then From the Options available, Click iCloud Tabs Button and Drag it to Safari Toolbar
Now Just Click on that button and all the Open Tabs in Safari will be displayed there.
Hover the Cursor over them and Close button will appear, Click it and the Tab will close.

Share Screen Via Messages:

Now in OS X Yosemite, you can share screen of your device with any other, using the messages app. To do this:

Click on the Details of Person Message Window.
If the party accepts your Invitation, you’ll be able to Share screen with them..
However, once the Screen is shared, you’ll be able to talk with that person in Audio only.

The long awaited Android 5.0 came out running on Google’s Nexus 6 a few days back. Google’s very own Nexus devices will be the first ones to receive the update to Android 5.0 Lollipop, while other smartphone giants have announced their devices that will be tasting Android 5.0 Lollipop. While Android 5.0 happens to be the latest and greatest version of Android, and packs up some serious improvements and features, it does make a great sense that smartphone giants will be only updating their mainstream / flagship devices to this firmware, while many of the old devices will be standing in the unlucky list, and those past flagships, which happen to be the lucky ones, those too will be getting this update after quite a long time.

For an Android freak like me, it’s pretty hard to wait for the Android 5.0 Lollipop to wait to hit the device while knowing that their are goodies like Material Design, Notifications on the Lockscreen, improved Notification bar, Bluetooth connectivity improvements, battery enhancements, performance improvements and a lot of bugs found in the previous Android version have been fixed too. How To Root Sprint Galaxy Note 4 On Android 4.4.4 Kit-Kat Official Firmware

Previously, we posted an article related with the Installation tutorial of TWRP on Sprint Galaxy Note 4 and now all there is left to do is to Root that device. However, there is no rooting solution available, if you try to explore the XDA Forums as everyone expect them to release the rooting method before anyone else, but if you look at the T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4, then you’ll realize that there is no thread related with the rooting details of it too. But still the rooting method is available and working. In many cases developers didn’t post the tutorial in the Official thread of devices, they like to separate themselves, thus they create a whole different thing and post it there, like Chainfire. The inventor of both Super SU and CF-Auto root, who is the main reason, why users are gaining full control of their Android devices, because of him we are now able to enjoy these customizations and Mods and Tweaks.

This process is a little more complicated than CF-Auto Root, although always a working one, I have tried it on most of the device and it always worked like a charm. Although there are times when you might fail while rooting your device through this method, even if you fail, your device will work like usual. This method doesn’t require any ADB Shell or coding, instead it is a quite easy and great one, Without further ado, let us continue.

This custom ROM is only for the device mentioned above. Make sure that your model number matches the one listed above. To do so, go to Settings > About Device on your device and see your model number. Flashing this ROM on any other device will result in bricking it so make sure that you meet this requirement first of all.

2. Battery should be charged at least over 60%

Make sure that your battery is charged enough to complete the flashing process. In case your battery is low and your device goes dead during the flashing process, you may end up soft bricking your device as it won’t complete the flashing process.

3. Flash a Custom Recovery

A custom recovery, whether a TWRP or CWM is required to flash this ROM.

4. Backup everything!

SoundCloud is one of the biggest Songs database on earth, if we talk about the .Mp3 format. Due to its popularity, almost every huge platform like Android and iOS have their Official apps, however, there was a problem with this SoundCloud app, you can’t download the Songs directly from the App. You can search and listen to any Song on the app, but you can’t download it, I don’t know the reason, lets just assume that they have their stupid policies, not to allow users to download their content, just like Youtube.
