The rumor mill for Galaxy S8 is working over time and popping new leaks and update out like candies. Render, specs, images and even live videos, we have seen it all. Now a new leak shows off the batteries for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ .
A few days ago we got to see the battery pack for Galaxy S8+ and the new update shows us what both the smartphones will be powered with. From earlier reports we know that Galaxy S8 will be powered by a 3000mAh battery and Galaxy S8+ will be powered by a 3500mAh battery. The leaked images confirm this fact. Along with that the batteries come with the model number EB-BG955ABA and EB-BG950ABA, which correspond to the model numbers of the device.
Along with that the cells for the batteries have been produced in South Korea not in China. After the Galaxy Note 7 battery fiasco, the company has diversified their battery suppliers. For their new flagship they have procured batteries from Samsung SDI, Murata Manufacturers and Sony.
