Another day in the Samsung leak land and we have another image of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ side by side. Samsung will be officially launching Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ on March 29th with events taking place in New York and London. With just a few days to go, the rumor mills are churning out news non-stop and every day we get to see something new which is adding to the excitement. Even though we have seen different live images and videos of the device leak showing the design of the device. Two weeks ago the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ leaked side by side in black color, now we have another image which shows both devices side by side.
On the left side we can see Galaxy S8 in white color and on the left side the larger Galaxy S8+ in silver. Even though the angle of the camera and light makes it s little difficult to discern what the colors are. As both the devices are powered on, it can easily be seen how the device will look like. Both Galaxy S8 an Galaxy S8+ will have a dual curved display, with Galaxy S8 having a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display and Galaxy S8+ will have a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display. There will be no home button and giving way to slim bezels and increased screen-to-body ratio.
As the home button has been removed there will be an on-screen navigation bar. This bar can be seen in Galaxy S8. According to earlier rumors the buttons on this bar are customizable, you can switch them. Galaxy S8+ display shows the lock screen with the camera button and call button which cam be accessed by swiping.
Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will be equipped with Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 8895 in some regions. The device will have a 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM for China and South Korea along with a 64GB internal memory. The smartphone will feature a 12MP dual pixel main camera and an 8MP front facing camera just like the one found in Galaxy S7 which we all know is very good. The smartphone will run Android Nougat and will be powered by a 3,000mAh and 3,500 mAh battery respectively. Samsung will also be introducing its own AI assistant Bixby. The smartphone is expected to hit the shelves on April 28th even though Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that it may very well arrive one week early on April 21st.
