Phones with an 18:9 aspect ratio have started to become so common that buyers have also started to spot devices with unimpressive specifications but with minimal bezels. The ZTE Blade V9 is one such smartphone that features an FHD+ display, but thanks to the reduced bezels, the smartphone will immediately become a favorite for users that want to take advantage of a good looking phone for a smaller price tag.

For the specifications, the ZTE Blade V9 offers a Snapdragon 450 chipset along with 2, 3 and even 4GB of RAM. You can also get the phone in the 16, 32 and 64GB of storage but this will depend on which RAM model you will be purchasing. The Snapdragon 450 might not look promising but it is definitely capable of handling regular tasks. Just remember not to overdo it and attempt to watch 4K media on the smartphone.

The screen size is 5.7 inches when measured diagonally and the phone is going to be running Android Oreo 8.0 when you buy and open up the box. Another great feature about the phone is that it offers two SIM slots and the 3.5mm headphone jack. It is very rare seeing a headphone jack and a dual SIM card support in a smartphone these days but we are happy to know that ZTE Blade V9 is providing things other manufacturers would probably overlook.

There is no USB-C port, but a microUSB port for charging and data transferring. For an 18:9 display, the ZTE Blade V9 also houses a decent sized 3,200mAh battery. Depending on the kind of usage you will be carrying out on the device, it should be able to last you for an entire day.

The phone is probably going to be unveiled during the CES 2018 trade show and over there, we’ll probably get to know about pricing and availability.
