How to Install Android Revolution HD 4.2.2 Jelly Bean ROM on HTC One X:

Download Android Revolution HD 4.2.2 Jelly Bean ROM and it’s boot.img file:

      1. Copy the Android Revolution HD.zip to your phone’s SD card.
      2. Now boot your phone into Hboot and select Fastboot. To do so, turn off your phone completely.
      3. Now turn it on by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power Key. You should see the Hboot mode now, highlight Fastboot and press power key to select it.
      4. Once in Fastboot mode, connect your phone to your PC now.
      5. Extract the Boot.img zip now and run the .bat file for windows or whatever operating system you’re running, you may find that  in that extracted folder. [V. Important]
      6. After flashing kernel, reboot your device into Hboot mode using step 2 & 3. In Hboot mode select Recovery this time and boot into Recovery mode. You should see CWM recovery now.
      7. In CWM select “Install Zip > Choose Zip from SD Card > Select the ROM.zip file > Yes”. This will start Aroma installer now.
      8. You must select “Full Wipe” in the installer. (Important)
      9. Make the selections you want and start the ROM flashing now.
      10. As soon as ROM flashing is done, reboot your device.
      11. Phewww! You’re done now. You should see the Android Revolution HD ROM running on your device now.
      12. That’s All.

Note: Please keep in mind that the first boot can take up to 10 minutes. Make sure that you flashed the Kernel. In case your device is stuck at boot screen, try reflashing the kernel (boot.img) file. Also give a try clearing cache and dalvik cache in cwm.
