BlackBerry KEYone making its ways to US, gets certified by the FCC

TCL introduced BlackBerry KEYone at the Mobile World Congress last month. Now the smartphone is headed for launch in USA soon as it was certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

BlackBerry KEYone is BlackBerry’s bid to get back in the running with the giants of the industry. The smartphone combines the iconic QWERTY keyboard with the latest Android features. The smartphone features a 4.5-inch display and 1080 x 1640 p resolution. Under the hood the device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, paired with a 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage.

The smartphone runs Android Nougat and will have the key features BlackBerry’s security software. Security will be one of the key features that the company will be focusing and marketing on more as they have already dubbed it as the most secure Android powered smartphone.

The smartphone is already available for pre-order  in Germany. In the UK, the device can be pre-orded through Unlocked Mobiles. Along with that it is also available for pre-order in India.
