View Saved Wi-Fi Passwords On Android-iOS:
Show WiFi Password Android: [ Rooted Devices ]
Before moving on let me tell you one thing, you need a rooted device in order to view saved WiFi passwords on your Android device. If your device has no root access you can check out Android Rooting sections for guides.
- Download and install ES File Explorer on your Android device.
- Open Internal Storage.
- Search for a directory called root.
- Once you are in the right directory, navigate through data/misc/wifi.
- Here in WiFi folder, you’ll see a file named as wpa_supplicant.conf.
- Tap on it and open it with built-in text/HTML viewer.
- All the networks and their passwords will be in wpa_supplicant.conf file. Keep that in mind don’t edit this file.
Show WiFi Password iOS: [ Jailbroken ]
You need Jailbroken device in order to view save passwords on your iOS devices. Follow the instruction given below.
- Open Cydia on your iOS device.
- Install a tweak called NetworkList.
- Once the NetworkList is installed, Open Settings on your device.
- Tap on WiFi, now you’ll see a new option at the bottom. { Network Passwords }.
- Tap on Network Passwords, you’ll see the list of all WiFi networks which you’ve used.
- Just tap on any network and you’ll able to see Wi-Fi passwords.
