How to fix PUBG Mobile Internet error on Android

  1. On your Android phone, go to Settings.
  2. Under settings, tap WiFi or Connections > WiFi.
  3. Open WiFi settings and tap or long tap on the network connection you are currently using.
  4. Now tap Manage network settings > Show advanced options.
  5. Tap IP settings > change this to Static.
  6. Now you will see DNS 1 and DNS 2 options. Change the value in DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8 and in DNS 2 to 8.8.4.4.
  7. Save the settings. Let your internet disconnect and connect again.
  8. Start the game now and the error should have gone. That’s all.

This process may vary according to your Android phone. Basically, all you have to do is to change your IP settings to static and change your DNS.

How to fix PUBG Mobile Internet error on iOS

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > WiFi.
  2. Now tap the blue “” button on the right side of the signal indicator of your connected WiFi.
  3. Now find the Configure DNS option and tap on it.
  4. Change the DNS Configuration from Automatic to Manual now.
  5. You will see the DNS server option now. Tap on the Add Server option now.
  6. Now add the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the new DNS Servers.
  7. Let the internet disconnect and connect. Once done, re-launch the PUBG Mobile. That’s all.

  1. thats on wifi.. how about on mobile data? i can connect on wifi but not mobile data.. its not like i have my wifi following me all the time…

    EDIT: it works 100% , i accidently changed the ip address lmao, you have to be careful changing dns1 and dns2
