How To Fix TaiG iOS 8.3 Jailbreak Errors: 1101, 1102, 1103 & More

Error 1101 (Stuck at 20%) –  Solution

TaiG  iOS 8.3 Jailbreak Error 1101 can be fixed by simply downgrading from iTunes 12.1.2 to 12.0.1. Here’s how you can do so on Windows or Mac OS X.

Windows Users:

  1. If you’ve installed latest version of iTunes (iTunes 12.1.2) uninstall it completely from your computer.
  2. Now rename the iTunes Library.itl file to iTunes Library.bak. This file can be found under: C:\Users\[username]\Music\iTunes.
  3. Now restart your windows PC.
  4. Now installed iTunes 12.0.1 on your Windows PC – Download: iTunes 12.0.1 32 bit | iTunes 12.0.1 64 bit.
  5. Once downgraded iTunes, run the TaiG 2.0 Jailbreak to Jailbreak your iOS 8.3, 8.2 or 8.1 device.
  6. You won’t face the error anymore.

MAC Users:

  1. Download and install Pacifist on your MAC.
  2. Open Activity Monitor and quit iTunes and all of its components completely.
  3. Download iTunes 12.0.1 for Mac OS X now and mount it.
  4. Open Pacifist that you installed in the very first step.
  5. Now in Pacifist, click on “Open Package > Under Devices click on iTunes(on the left)  > install iTunes and Open it (Right corner)”.
  6. Once iTune installation has loaded, click on “Contents of install iTunes > select install”.
  7. Now follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process. Once done, a box will prompt up saying “Application already exists”. Check the “Don’t ask again for this installation” option and then click Replace.
  8. Now wait for a while till everything is done, you’ll have iTunes 12.0.1 running on your Mac.
  9. Once done, run TaiG 2.0 to Jailbreak your iOS 8.3, 8.2 or 8.1 device. That’s all.

Error 1102 –  Solution

TaiG  iOS 8.3 Jailbreak Error 1102 can be simply fixed by applying Airplane mode and turning of Touch ID / Passcode on your iOS device. Here’s how to do so.

  1. On your iOS device open Settings > turn on Airplane mode.
  2. Make sure that Touch ID / Passcode are turned off.
  3. Try running TaiG iOS 8.3 after doing this.

Error 1103 –  Solution

Error 1104 (Stuck at 30-40%) –  Solution
