How To Disable Bixby Button On Galaxy S9, S9 Plus

If you are not a fan of Samsung Bixby, follow the instructions below to Disable Bixby Button On Galaxy S9, S9 Plus. Samsung Bixby was introduced last year as a rival of Siri and the Google Assistant. Bixby has a lot of new features as compared to other voice assistance but somehow it didn’t get the attention as Samsung was thinking. Maybe it is because of it was in the beta stage when it was launched. Moreover, the dedicated button is in the wrong position. This is the reason a number of people who are not making any use of the Bixby.

Bixby s much intelligent and a great voice assistant, but as I said before the placement of Bixby dedicated button is not comfortable. Samsung added Bixby button right below the Volume rocker on the Galaxy S8 and other new flagship smartphones. How To Disable Bixby Button On Galaxy S9, S9 Plus:

Since we cannot remap the Bixby button, all we can do is Turn it off. By doing that, you won’t activate Bixby by accidentally pressing the Bixby button.

Turn off Bixby On Samsung Galaxy S9, S9 Plus:

1. Press the Bixby Button to launch Bixby on your phone.
2. In the Bixby Home, you will find a radio button next to the Bixby key option.
3. Turn the Radio Button Off to bring the button options.
4. You can now choose to not to open anything or open Bixby upon pressing the Bixby button.
5. That’s how simple it was. That’s it.
