Step#1: First go in to the settings of your Galaxy Note 4->Power Saving-> Check which third party app is eating up your battery. Remove the app.
Step#2: Boot your device in Safe mod in order to find the app who is using battery more, Press the Volume Down key and Power button and keep holding.
Step#3: Restart your Galaxy Note 4, take out the battery for few seconds and turn on your device.
Step#4: Turn off Wifi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, mobile data and see how much it effects on battery life.
Step#5: Use a simple plan Wallpaper like Black, Setting > Wallpaper > Home and Lock Screens > More images > Choose the Wallpaper.
Step#6: Use the third party launcher instead of the default TouchWiz.
Step#7: Downgrade your Galaxy Note 4 back to Android 4.4.4.
