Let’s us tell you the easiest way to disable all Bloatware on Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus. If you are using a carrier-branded Galaxy S9 then you are well aware of Bloatware. Back in the days, in order to disable Bloatware in Samsung devices, we use to root our devices and then proceed with the removing process. However, now there is a way in which we don’t need root permissions to disable Bloatware on Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus.

First, we used Package disablers and no doubt they were pretty good when it comes to disable useless bloatware and free up RAM. But if you are a layman then we suggest not go with Package disablers. You might disable a wrong package and in the result, your device will start acting intermittently.

Download Bloatware Remover File:

First, you need to download the Bloatware Remover File from the following link. It will be an XML file, we’ll be using this file with BK Package Disabler for Samsung. Bloatware Remover automatically disables bloatware apps, this file was created BAYmustafa96.

BK Plugin 2:

As we all know that Samsung has made a few changes in the file system of Galaxy S9 so BK Package Disabler needs an add-on to work. BK Plugin is the app you need to download, you can use Google Play or the following link to download BK Plugin 2 on your Samsung device.

  • Once you have Installed both of these apps, now you need to grant BK Plugin 2 Administrator Privileges. Before opening the BK Package Disabler, launch the BK Plugin -> Activate It -> Administrator page -> Activate.

Disable Bloatware on Galaxy S9:

  • Now that you have installed both apps and you have given Administrator Privileges to BK Plugin 2. Launch BK Package Disabler from the app drawer.
  • Once the App is loaded, Tap on 3 dots icon and select Import from XML.
  • A new pop-up will load up, Tap on Import from XML and then tap on Select Path.
  • Now you have to go to the folder where you have downloaded, Bloatware Remover XML File.
  • Tap on the XML File and then Tap on Import.
  • The XML file will start the process and it will automatically disable 120 Bloatware. Once the process is finished, you’ll be taken to the apps page.
  • Here you can re-check and make sure none of the daily driver apps are disabled.
