  1. Your link to CM nightly isnt working (see error below). I went to CM site and got newest one but it failed to install, so went to recover (as made recovery in earlier steps) which seemed to work but phone now stuck on samsung logo on reboot so phone now with shop to reset as its beyond me.

If you repost the correct cm build for this tutorial is it likely to install if I go again? Did I knacker it because I didnt use the correct cm version?

    • Thanks for that. My phone will come back to me with factory reset 4.3 android etc…. Does this mean it will need the first steps again i.e. cwm and rooting etc or can I just proceed with the CM and Gapps install? Im getting a bit nervous and dont think the guys that are un-bricking me will be able to tell. Is there a way of checking on the phone itself…?

b.t.w. thanks for the post and your help 🙂

    • Cyanogenmod link isn’t working again. Can you upload a .zip to a cloud storage (ex. Mediafire or MEGA) with Cyanogenmod and gapps in it?

  2. Question: does installing a custom recovery will make my phone go back to factory settings? Is there a risk of bricking it?
