Samsung to make Galaxy Note 7 report public on 23rd Januray

Samsung will be making the findings of the investigation regarding the Galaxy Note 7 public. The tech giant is planning to hold a press conference in which they will share what went wrong and what were the key factors that led to discontinuation of Note 7 even after a global recall. the smartphone’s battery is considered to he culprit. But we will get to know more in the press conference scheduled for 23rd January.

The company says that not only will they be making the findings public for which they used a independent expert investigation but they will also highlight the steps that they have taken that same does not happen with Galaxy S8. Samsung has delayed the unveiling of their next flagship the Galaxy S8 from February to 29th March. This press conference comes at a very appropriate tine to show the consumers that the company is dedicated towards finding answers to the issue. Along with that the improvements made in terms of the production process and quality testing will reinforce that  Samsung will never compromise on the quality of their products.
