In order to Install New Pixel Launcher from Android P, there is no need for Root or flashing. All you need to do is enable the Unknown Sources and your device must be running on Marshmallow. Now let’s get started.

How To Install Android P Pixel Launcher on Any Phone:

First, you need to download the Android P Pixel Launcher APK from the following link. Once you have the APK file then we’ll proceed with the installation process.

Heed the instructions below to Install the latest Pixel Launcher. Keep that in mind if you get ” App not Installed Error ” that means you are running an old version of Pixel Launcher. First, Uninstall the old version then Install the new one.

Set Your New Home Screen:

Once you are through with the installation. Tap the home button and you’ll be asked to select a launcher, Tap on Pixel Launcher. If you are using a Samsung device then you don’t have to do anything more. However, if you are using any other Android device then you have to tap the home button again and select Pixel Launcher again and choose “Always” to set it as your default home screen.

Enable Permissions:

Before you start checking out things on the new Android P Pixel Launcher. You have to do one more thing, on Pixel device it’s installed as a system app and given all the permissions by default. Since on other Android devices, Pixel Launcher is installed as a third-party app so you have to set permissions for Pixel Launcher.

  • Open Settings -> Apps or Applications -> Pixel Launcher -> Permissions -> Toggel switches right next to next to “Location,” “Phone,” and “Storage.”
