The S5 Neo is powered by Exynos 7580 CPU. A RAM of 2GB is placed inside while the internal storage of this phone is 16GB. An external SD card slot is there as well. Galaxy S5 Neo has a 16MP camera at its back and a 5MP camera on the front. This phone has a 2800 mAh battery placed inside.Update Galaxy S5 Neo to Android 8.1 Oreo

Unfortunately, this was the last official update for the S5 Neo. Since then, there hasn’t been any further update for this device.
