Sony has used the Gorilla Glass 5 to protect the body of this phone. Sony has deployed Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 CPU accompanied by Adreno 630 GPU inside this phone.
It has a RAM of 4GB And its internal storage is only 64GB. The phone supports microSD cards as well. There is a single shooter at the back of this phone. The shooter at the back has a sensor of 19MP. On the front, there is a 13MP camera. Sony has also placed a fingerprint scanner at the back. This phone has a 3,300 mAh battery. Xperia XZ3 runs on Android Pie out of the box.
