We already know that new Moto G smartphones are on the way and they will be announced at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona. One of the smartphones that will be unveiled is the Moto G5 Plus. As with any smartphone that is about to be announced, the rumor mills go crazy and same has happened with Moto G5 Plus. Today an image of Moto G5 Plus is making rounds which provides the specs of the device in detail.
According to the specs provided on the sticker on top of the image, Moto G5 will have a 5.2-inch full HD 1080p resolution display. This is in contradiction with the news that we came across a few days ago which hinted that the device will have a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p resolution display.
Under the hood the smartphone will powered by 2.0 GHz Octa-core processor, which our guess work indicates can be the Snapdragon 625 SoC. A 12-megapixel main camera sports the device which offers rapid auto focus. The smartphone come s with an NFC support and a fingerprint scanner. A 3,000mAh battery powers the Moto G5 Plus. Even though some of of the details are not mentioned, we can expect the smartphone to have a 4GB RAM and 32 GB of base storage and will run Android 7.0 Nougat.
Moto G5 Plus is expected to be unveiled at the MWC on 26th February. More details in the days leading to the announcement will reveal more details about the device.
