Samsung Galaxy A50 is yet another budget-friendly smartphone for the millennials. Just like the Galaxy M10 and M20, this phone aims at providing value for money. The Galaxy A50 is a decent smartphone with a number of features that we haven’t seen on a Samsung smartphone so far.

Galaxy A50 is wrapped in a plastic body. Samsung has tried to keep this phone as premium as possible, however, the plastic can be seen and felt all around this phone. The phone carries a new design language that Samsung introduced with the Galaxy M series.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen. This phone has got the infinity -U display. There’s a tiny U-shaped notch mounted right in the middle of the screen’s top holding the front camera. The screen ratio of this screen is 19:9. The resolution is 1080 x 2340 pixels.

This phone is powered by the Exynos 9610 CPU. IOt has a RAM of 6GB or 4GB with internal storage of 128GB or 64Gb. It supports external microSD cards as well.

As far as the cameras are concerned, Galaxy A50 has three of them at the back. It has a 25MP PDAF shooter, an 8MP ultrawide shooter, and a 5MP depth sensor at the back. On the front, the Galaxy A50 has a single 25MP camera.

This is definitely an optical fingerprint reader since this is not a flagship-grade phone to have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
