From the codenames it is clear that Google will again be bringing two Pixel smartphones. This is similar to what was seen in 2016 when the company announced Pixel and Pixel XL. The major difference between the two will be the display size. From the names it is expected that the Walleye will be the smaller device and Muskie will be the larger device. This information comes from the one of the Android Open Source Project and the source is 90% sure that these will be the names used.

We will most probably be looking at the new Pixel smartphones in September/October 2017, about the same time when Pixel came out last year. Not much about the specs is known at this point but one of the aspects confirmed is that Pixel devices will be premium handset, as Rick Osterloh confirmed that there will be no mid range Pixel devices. More about the new Pixel smartphones will start popping up in the coming days.
