@Seklund87:disqus Please try following the method again, it should work.
I tired every thing it's still not working. Tired all of the above steps more than thrice. using Asus zenfone 5
Same here ...
Bottom line Snapchat is crappy at best ...
I'm using galaxy note 4 and it didn't work for me....tried all the methods you posted... smh.
@brollikwhite:disqus uninstall snapchat and install it again.
I have done this all as well and nothing works on the Galaxy note 4. I reinstalled and everything.
@lance_lippman:disqus clear cache of your phone and check it again.
Re-installed, cleared cache, downloaded even beta and old versions, updated. Not working. Any idea?
nothing works, cache, data dump, uninstall, re install, even reset my phone, im pretty sure the snapchat update caused it.
same here, i've cleared everything, uninstalled everything, reset my phone as well. happened around the same time as the update. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Done all of the above and still no resolve. Been going on for 2 weeks now.
Currently a Galaxy Alpha user. Help/Feedback is appreciated
@disqus_1hGNwR2WCn:disqus try clearing the cache of your phone by booting into recovery. Let me know if it works or not. Good Luck.

Same problem on my note 4, tried all these methods and none work, phone went missing, got new note 4 in the mail. Same problem. I believe it's a compatability issue with the note 4 and snapchat. I've tried downloading all the old versions of snapchat and they don't even work anymore. Wit the new note 4 updates, someone's going to have to release an update to fix this bug.
I tried all the methods on my Galaxy Ace 2 and thought it was just because of the model, but I believe it's a compatibility bug with all Androids. Hope they fix this with the next update...
if i clear cache and data, will i lose all my snapchat pictures?
@disqus_Ik8s4Uje3W:disqus no, you won't loose any data.
