TENAA Listing Reveals Huawei Mate 20 Lite

Huawei recently took the tech industry by storm after it supplanted Apple to become the world’s 2nd smartphone brand. Huawei’s smartphone shipments have increased enormously over the course of the past few months. It’s not the fact that Apple’s shipments have declined, it’s the fact that Huawei has increased its market share by leaps and bounds. Huawei is on the verge of becoming the most popular smartphone brand in the world. It’s competition is directly with Samsung now. While Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy Note 9, Huawei isn’t planning to stay quiet either. The Chinese giant is already working on the Mate 20 series, which is likely to come out in October this year.

Huawei’s Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro are in the news for quite a while. The Mate 20 series is expected to house the triple camera setup just like we saw it on the Huawei P20 Pro. Just today, a new smartphone made an appearance on TENAA. The smartphone looks like Huawei Mate 20 Lite. It is highly likely that Huawei is planning a cheaper variant of the Mate 20, just like it released the Huawei P20 Lite with the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro.

Twitter leakster Roland Quandt previously tweeted about the Mate 20 Lite to come in 2 variants. According to Roland, the Mate 20 Lite will likely come in two variants having the codenames Sydney M and Sydney I.

Last year, we saw the Huawei Mate 10 Lite with an LCD display. It is possible that Huawei could go with the LCD display on the Mate 20 Lite as well. The Mate 20 Lite, according to TENAA, carries the model number SNE-AL00. Huawei also announced its Kirin 710 SoC recently. The Mate 20 Lite is expected to be powered by this brand new mid-range chipset launched by the company.

Other specifications of the phone are not out yet. However, the leaked pictures show the phone from almost all the angles. Have a look on the Huawei Mate 20 Lite sporting dual cameras at the back. Stay connected with us to know more about the Mate 20 Lite.
