A whole new UI is introduced, new notifications on the lock screen, performance enhancements, battery enhancements, bug fixes, Material Design inspired applications are all there.

Hi Usama
I have been trying the steps mentioned in your guide & After Step 11 when I flash the recovery through Odin and try rebooting my device with holding Volume Up + Home Button + Power Key into recovery I still get the default android . I have tried it a couple of times and it still doesn't work.
Please Help.
Thanks
Sid
I can install Philz just fine. When I flash supersu and boot up it displays: Optimizing apps 1 of 1 like normal when rooting. Root checker says i'm not rooted. Supersu does not appear in the drawer. I am using Nova launcher but supersu doesn't show up in touchwiz either. I made sure to remove both supersu and supersu pro from my phone before flashing.
@disqus_lGYa79Hpo5:disqus flash pure stock firmware and then root it again from scratch. Once you've rooted it, open SuperSu app from app drawer and then update Su binary. I've also updated the SuperSU link above.
Does this work if I have stock lollipop? And does it matter if I am using a Brazilian?

@muaaviya:disqus no, you will have to follow the guide explained above.
@muaaviya:disqus if your device's root is working, you can flash a recovery.img file using Flashify. Checkout this guide: https://techbeasts.com/2014/11/10/how-use-flashify-install-custom-recovery-kernel-img-zip-files/
