Galaxy Amp Prime and the Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone, both these devices are basically the Galaxy J3 coming under different carriers. The Galaxy Amp Prime comes under Cricket while Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone comes under At&t. Both these phones have same specifications, same build quality, same design and same operating system. The only difference is between the connectivity modules since these devices belong to two different network carriers.
Galaxy Amp Prime and Galaxy Express Prime both have a 5-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 2 MP camera fixed atop. A 5 MP camera is fixed at the back. These phones have 16 GB internal storage and also support microSD cards. Samsung has used its in-house Exynos 3475 CPU to add more power to these phones. A RAM of 1.5 GB is fixed under the hood. These phones have a 2600 mAh battery. Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow can be found when you unbox these phones.
It’s always fun to tweak the low-end or mid-range smartphones. If a method to root such phones is available, you can do stuff like installing Xposed Framework to load in tons of new features. CPU overclocking and underclocking is another thing that you can do on such low-end smartphones. But any such thing directly depends on root access. If there is no method to root your phone is available, you will not be able to apply these goodies to your phone and unleash the potential it’s hiding under the hood.
For Galaxy Amp Prime and Galaxy Express Prime, the root access has made its way. You can now easily root these phones by means of a patched boot image and then installing the all-time famous Kingroot application. Kingroot can be later replaced easily by Super SUME. Rooting the phone will definitely void its warranty, so you need to be a little careful.
In case this procedure causes a harm to your device, you cannot hold TechBeasts or the root developer responsible. You are going to do it at your own risk. If you have understood everything and you know what risks rooting your phone involves, then go ahead and follow the steps to root Root Galaxy Amp Prime or Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone.
