First, Open Visit Microsoft’s website, and write the current version of Microsoft Outlook.
Now Open the Run Dialog box using Windows + R.
Type in the following commands with respect to your Windows bit version.
64-bit version:

“%programfiles%\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64\OfficeClickToRun.exe” /update user updatetoversion=(version)

32-bit Version:

“%programfiles%\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX86\OfficeClickToRun.exe” /update user updatetoversion=(version)

When you the pop-up, select Repair Office.

Method 2: Fix Outlook Crashes When Opening:

First, We need to open Outlook in Safe mode. Open Outlook while holding CTRL button.
Select File-> Manage Add-ons.
You have to disable all the Add-ons by clicking on Disable this add-in button.
Click Close -> Close Outlook.
Restart your Outlook and this time you won’t face Outlook Crashes at Startup problem.

Now I have fixed my Outlook crashing issues using the 2nd method and it worked for many. After trying both of these methods you have no luck then try upgrading your Outlook. Once you have installed the latest version make sure you don’t install any Add-ons and try to run it.
