MIUI 9.5 Global Stable ROM Starts Rolling Out: [Redmi Note 4X, Mi Max]

We have good news for Redmi Note 3 Special Edition, Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm, Redmi Note 4 Qualcomm/Redmi Note 4X, Mi Max and Mi Max Prime user. MIUI 9.5 Global Stable ROM Starts Rolling Out for all these devices, although these are bit old variants. All other manufacturers bring the latest updates for their flagship devices but it seems like that Xiaomi is going with old devices first and then for flagship devices.
