Google is planning to launch Android Wear 2.0 on 8 February and it is expected that LG will also be announcing a pair of smartwatches. Both the smartwatches, LG Watch Sport and Watch Style will be the first devices to have Android Wear 2.0 on board. The manual for these smartwatches has leaked ahead of its announcement, revealing the key features and details.
According to the information provided in the Manual, LG Watch Sport will come with built-in Android Pay feature. This will allow users to make payments through their smartwatch just by tapping the watch screen. But to achieve that the user needs to enter the card information on the device the Watch Sport will be paired with. The Google Assistant integration is present with both the smartwatches. This also make them the first wearables to have Google’s AI on board.
In terms of the watch design both the smartwatches will have a rotating button and users will be able to browse through different functions easily. The LG Watch Sport will have two additional buttons. The first one on top of the rotating button will activate Google Fit Workout and the second button is for Android Pay.
