LG G6 leaks yet again ahead of its MWC launch on 26 February

We all know that LG will be announcing its flagship smartphone LG G6 at the MWC ON 26th February. Rumors, updates and leaks about this device have been abound since last month. To date we have seen some impressive renders and variety of live images of the alleged device showing off the design and features of the device. At the rate at which the images have leaked, we wouldn’t be surprised to see LG G6 out and about having fun. Now another live image of LG G6 has leaked in which it is placed beside its predecessor LG G5, so people can evaluate the changes made.

The design of the LG G6 seen in the image is similar to what we have seen in different renders, prototype and in the live images too. This means that this is finalized design will be very similar to what we can see here. The slim bezels and the increased display size end up giving the device an impressive look. LG G6 will have a metal build with a non-removable battery as the device will come with an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance. This aspect in terms of design is different from LG G5, which had a semi-modular design and a removable battery. Both LG G6 and G5 are similar in size, with the 18:9 aspect ratio used, we were expecting LG G6 to be a little taller than G5.

In terms of specs, LG G6 will feature a 5.7-inch Quad HD, 2560 x 1440 p resolution display. Under the hood, the device will be equipped with Snapdragon 821, paired with Adreno 530 GPU. The smartphone will have a 4GB and a 6GB RAM variant. A 13MP dual camera setup will be found at the back of the device along with the finger print sensor. The smartphone will run Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box and be powered by a 3200mAh battery.
