Open up the control panel and Select Uninstall a Program.
Find Apple Software update, right click on it and select repair.
Follow the instruction given on the screen.
Restart Windows Software Update and now Install the latest iTunes.

when you try to install iTunes for Windows:

This method is for Windows operating system.
Open your file browser and type in C:\Windows\System32.
Search the following files and delete them.

msvcp100.dll
msvcp120.dll
msvcp140.dl
msvcr100.dll
msvcr120.dll
vcruntime140.dll

Do not delete any other files, make sure you delete the files exactly as mentioned above.
Now all you have to do is repair both versions of Apple Application Support.
Once the repair process is completed. Uninstall iTunes and download the latest version of iTunes from Apple’s official site.
