Preparations to update OnePlus 5 to Android Pie

• This ROM is only for the OnePlus 5. Do not try this on any other phone.
• The ROM will wipe your phone for multiple times, backup all of your important data beforehand.
• The bootloader of your OnePlus 5 must be unlocked.
• Your OnePlus 5 must have a TWRP recovery installed on it.

How to update OnePlus 5 to custom Android Pie

1. Copy the ROM.zip and Gapps.zip files to your phone’s internal storage.
2. Power down your phone.
3. Press and hold Volume Up + Power button to boot into Fastboot.
4. Now use Volume keys to bring Recovery Mode on the screen. Press Power key to enter the mode.
5. In TWRP, click on Install > Install Zip > Locate the aosp-pie-xxxxxxxx.zip > Swipe screen to flash.
6. Similarly, flash the Google Gapps now.
7. Get back to the main menu in TWRP, click on Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Select Cache & Dalvik Cache > Swipe screen to wipe.
8. Reboot into the system now. You will find the latest Android Pie running on it.
