As far as the stability of the CyanogenMod 13 custom ROM for these devices is concerned, you may be happy to know that there aren’t any mainstream bugs in it. The list of not working features includes Radio, ANT+, 720P video recording and HDMI. Rest of the features are working pretty well. If you don’t really consider these features a big deal, you may be able to install this custom ROM right away. Let’s go through the early preparations and then go through the method to get CM 13 Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow running on our beloved Sony Ericsson Xperia Active and Xperia LWW.
THE METHODS INVOLVED IN FLASHING CUSTOM RECOVERIES, ROMS AND ROOTING YOUR PHONE ARE HIGHLY CUSTOM AND MAY RESULT IN BRICKING YOUR DEVICE, AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GOOGLE OR THE DEVICE MANUFACTURER THAT IS SONY IN OUR CASE. ALSO ROOTING YOUR DEVICE WILL VOID ITS WARRANTY AND YOU WILL BE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF FREE DEVICE SERVICES BY THE MANUFACTURERS/WARRANTY PROVIDERS. IN CASE OF ANY MISHAP WE MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER TO AVOID ANY MISHAP OR BRICKING. MAKE SURE THAT WHATEVER YOU DO, YOU ARE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
First of all, we will need to format the SDcard to ext4 or F2FS format. Here are the steps on how to do so.

dude i am not able to install rom when i flash the boot.img form flashtool and go to recover mode it only show adb and emulator option only no sd card option plz guide me...
@sunnydighe:disqus your phone must be running the latest OS Before flashing any file. Make sure that it was running the latest available firmware, if not, then flash the most recent firmware for Xperia Active or LWW and then flash the boot.img file, it will bring up the recovery options for sure.
Update the "HDPI_miniGAPPS-6.0-20160226-tb-signed.zip" link please! File not found!
4. Copy downloaded CM-13.zip file and Gapps zip to phone’s internal memory.
I reinstalled the latest 4.0 OS and used Titanium Backup PRO to remove all useless apps. There is still not enough space in the internal storage to copy both CM13 (293mb) and Gapps (58mb). How did you do it?
@mohd_arafat_hossain:disqus There was a bug in this guide, a fault at our end. The files had to be copied to the adb and fastboot folder, not the phone. I've corrected the step 4 now. I'm sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. You can try the guide now.

Thank you for this post! Is ANT+ supported with this version? I sow another post for a Android 6 rom for Sony Active but it said ANT+ wasn't supported. I'm afraid I need
that on my Sony Active as I use it as a running and outdoors sports
tracker... If this version doesn't support it, do you know of any versions of Roms (for any android since
the official release) that do support ANT+ for this phone?
Thank you!
