Huawei Mate 20 Lite Specs Listed On TENAA

Huawei nowadays is preparing its Mate 20 series, which will come exactly after one month of Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9. Huawei Mate 20 has been making rounds of the rumor mills for a while now. Yesterday, a new Huawei phone was listed on TENAA. The listing showed the phone from different angles. Rumor had it that the listed device could be the Huawei Mate 20. TENAA’s listing only showed the photos of the phone. The specifications of the phone were not known at that time.

Today, the TENAA listing shows the specifications of the phone as well. The leaked specifications add further life to the argument about this phone being the Huawei Mate 20 Lite.

The listing doesn’t show the CPU of the device, however, it does show that an Octa-core CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz is coming. This means that the phone will have the new Kirin 710 SoC which was added to the Huawei Nova 3i as well.

Further specifications reveal that this phone will have a 6.3-inch display and a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. Huawei Mate 20 Lite will have a notch, which makes its display to have a 19:9 ratio. Huawei Mate 20 Lite will have dimensions of 158.3 x 75.3 x 7.6 mm and it will be weighed at 172 grams. The internal of the device will include a 64GB storage chip and a 6GB RAM. There will be a 20MP + 2MP camera setup at its back and a 24MP + 2MP camera setup on the front. The Mate 20 Lite will have a battery of 3,650 mAh. This device will also run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

The Mate 20 Lite’s specifications are powerful. However, the time when this device will be released, Google will have the Android P rolled out. It can take months for Huawei to update the Mate 20 Lite to Android P. While this device has really impressive spec-sheet, it won’t be running on the latest and greatest version of Android out of the box.
