Following is a step by step guide on how to fix unable to join the network error on iPhone/iPad. It happens cause of many reason such as WiFi adopter is not working, Network settings are not updated and a bad software update.
Step#1: Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Step#2: Now Tap on General.
Step#2: Tap on Reset.
Step#4: Tap on Reset Network Settings.
Step#5: Now enter your Passcode, in order to proceed.
Now wait for your device to reboot, you’ll see a processing logon you iPhone screen. After your device is turned on go to Settings->WiFi->Tap on the network to connect. Hopefully you will not see “Unable to Join the Network” popup again.
