How To Download Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 Developer Preview:

First goto this link to registered your self as a developer.

Now fill all information required to complete the registration.
Once you are registered as a developer, now you can download the Windows Phone 8.1 Update easily
If you are already have developer account then goto Settings > Phone Update and then tap on Check for Updates.
To make getting the updates easy, install the Windows Phone Preview for Developers app.
