How To Fix This Problem:

Solution # 1:

1. Open Settings.
2. Navigate to Lock Screen.
3. Choose Bing instead of Photo Background
4. This should solve the Problem.

Solution # 2:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Kids Corner
3. Enable it, if you see it Disable.
4. Now you’ll see a Message saying “Turn Off Live Lock Screen”.
5. Turn it Off.
6. Once it is turned off, your Lock Screen will be back to normal, with Bing instead of Photo.
7. That will sure to solve your problem.
