Following is step by step guide on how you can fix Failed Out of Memory Please try later on Whatsapp and resend images easily to any contact.

1. First try removing few picture from Whatsapp folder located in Gallery.
2. Move or rename Whatsapp media folder and then try again.
3. Clear Whatsapp cache. Setting->Application Manager-> All -> Whatsapp -> Tap -> Clear Cache.
4. Remove or un-mound the sd card, wait for 1 minute and insert it back.
5. Try a new sd card.
6. Now if none of this worked, try clearing cache of your Gallery app goto Setting->Application Manager-> All -> Gallery -> Tap -> Clear Cache. It worked like a charm !
