Download and Install OnePlus 3T OxygenOS Open Beta 16 Android 8.0 Oreo

• Backup everything before proceeding. Follow the instructions carefully. Charge your phone good enough to make sure it doesn’t die and use the original data cable for the whole process. Also, enable OEM Unlocking and USB Debugging on your phone prior to flashing. Be reminded that this is an Open Beta firmware. It may contain a lot of bugs. You are going to flash it at your own risk. 1. Download and install Android ADB and Fastboot drivers on your computer.
2. You will get a Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder in your Windows installation drive after installing the ADB drivers linked above. It should be something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot and you will also get the Minimal ADB and Fastboot.exe file on your desktop.
3. Now copy the OnePlus 3T OxygenOS Open Beta 16 Android 8.0 Oreo firmware.zip file to this Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder.
4. It’s time to put your OnePlus 3/3T in recovery mode and connect it to your PC.
5. Turn off your OnePlus 3T completely.
6. Now press and hold Volume Down + Home Key to boot into OnePlus 3T stock recovery.
7. As your phone boots up into the stock recovery, select “Install from USB” mode.
8. Connect your phone to the computer now.
9. Now in the Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder, press and hold the shift key and right-click on an empty area within the folder > open command window here. Alternatively, find the Minimal ADB and Fastboot.exe file on your desktop and run that.
10. A command window will open up now.
11. In the command window, enter the following command.
    1. For OnePlus 3T: adb sideload <filename.zip>
12. This will flash the firmware on your phone. Reboot your phone after flashing ends and enjoy the new firmware.
