The first thing you must do is change your connection, If you are using a WiFi mobile network change it to Mobile data, same goes for Mobile data. Once you have changed your connection, restart your device.

• Install Root Explorer.
• Open Root Explorer->“mount r/w as r/o”.
• Tap on “etc” file.
• Open “host” file.
• Now change the IP address. ( Just add # in front ).

• Launch YouTube App.
• Tap on Menu.
• Tap on Add Account.
• Add the account to YouTube.
• Head back to home.
• Open Menu->Settings.
• Tap on Accounts & Sync.
• Now set the Sync settings as your desire.
