These conflicts can cause issues like overheating, random crashes, power battery life, poor performance, glitchy user-interface and more. So that’s why Safe Mode is a great help when you are dealing with issues likes these.

This should be your first troubleshooting step, once you are surrounded by these glitches. However, if you don’t want to use Safe Mode then it will be hard to locate the culprit app.

How to Boot Galaxy Note 9 into Safe Mode

  1. To boot into Safe Mode, turn off your phone completely. Now turn on your phone. While your phone boots up press the Volume Down key and keep it pressed until the phone boots into the system.
  2. As your phone boots into the system, you will find the Safe Mode watermark on the lower left corner. This means you are now in the Safe Mode.

Exit Safe Mode on the Galaxy Note 9:

Once you have booted your Galaxy Note 9 into Safe Mode, now you want to exit the Safe Mode. The interesting thing is, leaving the Safe Mode is a lot easier. All you have to do is Press and Hold the power and when the power options show up, Tap on Reboot.

Now your device will reboot as it normally does. That’s all.
