Add GIF to Instagram Stories:

Launch the Instagram app on your smartphone. Swipe to the right to access the camera options. Take a Photo or make a video.
Tap on the Sticker option ( smiley face icon ) located on the top right side of the screen. Tap on GIF Icon.
A new page with all the trending GIF stickers will show up. In order to insert a GIF, Tap on it and it will be added to your story. Moreover, simply tap on the icon in order to resize it or flip it.
If you don’t like the trending GIF stickers, you can search for more specific GIFs from GIPHY store.
