Nokia is all set for a global comeback under HMD Global’s leadership. The company announced 4 Nokia branded smartphones, Nokia 3, Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and a modern Nokia 3310 at the Mobile World Congress. Nokia 3310 was one of the most talked about smartphone not only at the MWC but at different global platform where people talked about the design, durability and battery power. Nokia is banking on these features and their brand credibility to make their comeback.
Good news for people in Netherlands, all two smartphones, Nokia 3, Nokia 5, along with a feature phone Nokia 3310 are now listed for pre-order with the online retailer Belsimpel. These smartphones will retail at €139, €189 and €59 respectively. The website does not mention that when these devices would ship only that they are ‘Not Available’ at the moment. The devices will ship in Q2.
Nokia launched Nokia 6 in China in January. The popularity of the smartphone can be gauged from the fact that just two days before the the flash sale, 1.2 million people had registered for the smartphone. On the day of the flash sale, Nokia 6 had sold out all units in under 1 minute.
The Nokia smartphones will be reaching other global markets soon. In China, the online retailer JD.com exclusively sold Nokia 6, we can expect the company to follow the same pattern in other markets.
