Activate FaceTime in Unsupported Countries:
First make sure that your device is Jailbroken, Follow the link to do so: Link
- Open cydia.
- Search for MEFaceTimeiOS8
- The Tweak is available for Free and the Repo is BigBoss.
- Download and Install it.
- Once Installed, Re-spring the Device.
- Now Go to Settings
- Search for MEFaceTimeiOS8
- On the Preference page, Tap Enable FaceTime to active FaceTime.
- Now Go Back and Open FaceTime
- Tap on any of the Contact and Start Calling or make a FaceTime Call to any FaceTime user
