You can backup the Nandroid by installing a custom recovery.

..... when I tried to install cwm recovery ......via odin tgats show runtime error .unusual path .....like that

Finally I m installed cwm recovery and backup nadroid and install super su in recovery mod and rooted my device .......and then I erase cache partition and wipe cache and dalvik cache ....
Then I installing the package cm12.1 zip file......its doesnt work....
It shows unofficial cm12.1 status 7 error.......???
.....what m doing then??
