The Corning Gorilla Glass 6 adds an extra layer of protection over this display. Its screen has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 comes in 2 storage and RAM variants. Users can either get a 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage or 128GB storage with a RAM of 8GB. There is no external card slot on this phone. This is a huge downside while companies like OnePlus and Apple are already focusing on pulling out smartphones with 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.

Xiaomi Mi 9 has a triple camera system at the back. It has a 48MP standard shooter. There is a 16MP ultrawide shooter. The third shooter is a 12MP telephoto lens. On the front, the Mi 9 has a single 20MP shooter fixed inside that tiny notch. This phone has an under-display fingerprint scanner. It’s not an ultrasonic fingerprint reader, it is an optical fingerprint reader instead. The Mi 9 uses USB Type-C for connection and charging purposes. This phone has a battery of 3300 mAh. Xiaomi offers the Mi 9 in LAvender Violet, Ocean Blue, and Piano Black colors. There are speculations that Xiaomai will release this phone with a fake transparent back as well.
