This might be our first look at the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge

We are merely a month away from the official unveiling of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. The rumour mills are running at their full swing at the moment. Earlier today we got to know about the video playback capability of this device and just now, the device it self has leaked. This new leak comes from the leak master Evan Blass, famously known as @evleaks on twitter.s7-s7-edge-1-535x540

The images show that the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be carrying the same design line as that of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. The leaked picture shows a smaller handset which is the standard Galaxy S7 while the other one is Galaxy S7. What’s notable here is the slanted home button, which is less round as that compared to the previous Galaxy flagships. Another notable thing is the date displayed on the lock-screen which points towards the alleged release date of this smartphone.

If we are not having a look at the real Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, then this might be very close to what the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will actually look like. The picture shows a unibody design on both the devices. We will have to wait till 21st of February, 2016 and keep our eyes on the event happening in Barcelona to know each and everything about the upcoming guns of Samsung.s7-s7-edge-2-720x480

Galaxy S7 is expected to flaunt a 5.1-inch QHD display while the other variant might carry a 5.5 or 5.7-inch display. Both these smartphones will be equipped with either Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Samsung’s Exynos 8890 CPU. A RAM of 4 GB will be placed inside. Both these smartphones are expected to bring the microSD card slot back. Samsung will put larger batteries in the house and both these devices will be water resistant.
