This will result in pictures without any blur. Moving on the design of the brand new series, all X series smartphone feature a curved glass display along with a rounded yet continuous frame. As far as the Xperia XA is concerned, it features an edge-to-edge display. These smartphones will be available in White, Graphite Black, Lime Gold and Rose Gold. Apart from the innovative camera and design, Sony is claiming that the Xperia series will last up to a remarkable period of 2 days. This is due to a new technology they developed named Sony’s smart battery management.
While redesigning their Xperia brand, Sony considerably focused on the way user interacts with his/her smartphone while on the go. Sony unveiled the details of the Xperia Ear, a wireless ear-piece that provides useful information such as your schedule, weather and the latest news to keep you up-to-date. It works on the basis of Sony’s voice technology, which allows it to respond to verbal commands like making a call, perform internet searches and send a text message. Xperia Ear connects to Xperia via NFC or Bluetooth and can run all day battery life while featuring IPX2 water-protection for harsh weather conditions.
Along with the earpiece, Sony came forward with another device, named RM-X7BT, which allows user to experience their smartphone functions without even using their hands. This will surely make the roads safer.
That’s not all folks, seems like Sony came packed with quite some innovations to this MWC event. Apart from the devices mentioned above, Sony announced three more devices today. Firstly the Xperia Eye – this device features a 360 degree sperical lens which can be attached to your cloths. This camera uses facial and voice detection to capture images.
Moving on the the Xperia Projector which is designed for multiple person communication using an interactive interface projection on any clear surface. This device has the capability to respond to touch, voice and gestures similar to a smartphone screen. Last of all, the Xperia Agent. This device uses the Sony’s voice technology and works as a personal assistant. It can provide you with useful information, assistance in communication and even lets you control your home appliances. In addition to that, this ‘agent’ has a built-in camera and a projector which can project on any clear surface.
