Sammobile just claimed that Samsung is working on a new Tizen-based smartphone. We have already seen two Tizen-based smartphones, Samsung Z1 and Z2, which were launched last year in January and October respectively. Apparently the Korean tech giant is working on a 2016 version of the Z1 which will hopefully be revealed soon with the model name SM-Z150.
Samsung Z1 (2016) might be featuring an AMOLED display, however, it there is still no news on the internal features of the device. It wont be a surprise to see the upcoming smartphone to carry entry level performance capabilities just like its predecessor did. The Z1 (2015) was sold for $90, therefore targeting customers with lower budget. Hopefully the new smartphone will hold on to its purpose.

Though customers residing in U.S were deprived of Z1 and Z3 but we are anticipating an official release of Z1 (2016) as Samsung might be planning to introduce a Tizen Smartphone to North America in the near future. Stay tuned for further updates.
