Samsung Galaxy S6 seems to be the focus of news today, first it was about it coming to India for R&D purpose, the current update features its frame and body material. There were speculations that Samsung Galaxy will change its design aesthetics this time around and do something different than using plastic for its S series flagship. According to the leaks and images that came out a while ago, it looks that Galaxy S6 will definitely be getting an overhaul by a unibody aluminum frame.
The news comes from the French site NoWhereElse, and the images show metal frames in different stages of production. A word of caution, it is still not confirmed if the frames are really for Galaxy S6. If the leak is to be believed, then come 2015, we are going to get a revamped Samsung product. The use of the aluminum frame is a great idea as it will give the high-end smartphone a premium feel, as opposed to the plastic material being used before. A lot of other manufacturers have been using the metallic frame and body very successfully in their designs, it would be interesting to see how Samsung pulls this aspect off.
