Yesterday, a leaked and US imported Samsung Galaxy S7 came up for sale on Dubai based e-commerce website: Dubizzle.com. Seems like Samsung has no control over the privacy of their device as another leaked set of image and a video featuring the upcoming Galaxy S7 just surfaced.
These images show a black colored Galaxy S7 which was supposed to be unveiled next week on the MWC 2016 event. As you can see in the attached images below, there is a SIM card slot and a microSD slot clearly visible which confirms the rumors that the upcoming flagship will be bringing back the expandable memory option.
As claimed by Android Authority, the upcoming Galaxy S7 will feature a 12MP rear facing camera. The device will feature a side frame made of metal with glass at front and back of the phone. Furthermore it can be observed that the edges are more curved than the predecessor while the size of the home button is also increased to allow better performance by the fingerprint scanner.
Now comes the heartbreaking news guys, it seems that Samsung is going to power its smartphone with a 2800mAh battery instead of the rumored 3000mAh one. Although reports are that this might not be all true, so hopes shouldn’t be lost completely.

Following is what we know about the smartphone so far: The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will be equipped with either Snapdragon 820 processor, or Exynos 8890. Moreover features like 4 GB RAM, 12MP rear camera with Britecell technology, and a powerful battery is being anticipated. We also know that S7 and S7 edge will feature a 5.1″ and 5.5″ Super AMOLED display respectively.
We are expecting Samsung to introduce ‘always on display’ in their upcoming Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. This feature will allow users to check for notification, battery status, missed calls or messages without even unlocking their whole device. Apparently, Samsung decided to stick with the conventional microUSB 2.0 port, discarding the rumors of a USB Type-C port.
Last but not the least, Samsung S7 and S7 edge will definitely be announced with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. Marshmallow was released last year with numerous new goodies including a completely new app drawer, redesigned app permissions, Doze, and Google Now on Tap.
